Rosemary Lavender Sugar Scrub

Do you know what’s absolutely lovely? Lavender!

Lavender Oil

I have very fond memories of visiting lavender fields with my family at a very young age, and my parents often enhance their gardens with the fragrant and beautifully purple bushes!

Lavender is often used to calm the senses and to drift into the dreamiest rest you can imagine. Now how about using the calming aroma to make a scrub?

Dry skin is made baby soft again after using the following recipe:

  • 2 cups of superfine sugar
  • 1 cup of coconut oil
  • 20 ish drops of lavender oil
  • 1 tsp chopped rosemary leaves

Now mash it all together in a bowl and then rub it all over! Exfoliation station! My hands are so smooth. Happy skin caring! I will have to do a post about the many uses of coconut oil as well. This stuff is GENIUS. You can use it for practically everything, so be on the lookout for that.
